There seems to be lots written about turmeric that's for sure. I've using the powdered stuff from the grocery store - about 1/2 a
tablespoon in a glass, add a splash of olive oil, mix it up and scarf it down. Then I wash that down with one of my mega fruit smoothies.
A good way to start the day!
Dunno if it does any good. It doesn't seem to hurt.
