Jujst a sharing FYI. I can't say I have been on any real Ketogenic diet, however, I have been on the 5:2 diet with a preference for proteins over carbohydrates on my feast days. I can not say I saw any changes in my MS; I certainly lost weight, which I did not need to do. However, I do remember around 10 years back when I was in a bad way (Rebif), my tingling of hands and feet felt worse just after a meal, which would of included carbs.
