Hi everyone
I am looking for a method for the drug rapamycin,I am currently experiencing fronting. Mobile phase:MeOH\H2O dissolving in MeCN tried flow rates 0.5-1ml/min also tried using buffer with no success.any ideas on what I can do to move foward?
