It looks like many of the references in that link are from the mid-90's, early 2000's. Does anyone know if this was this the forerunner of Opexa and Tovaxin, or was it a separate line of research into T-cell vaccination?

Thanks.

I've often wondered about the T-cell vaccination approach. Given the research showing that there's more going on beside just de-myelination (i.e. nerve cell death), and that B cells may somehow be involved, is targeting myelin reactive T cells enough? Especially considering that treatments like Campath, which target both T cells and B cells, show good results. I wonder if the researchers investigting the T-cell vaccination considered this, or if they just focused on the de-myelination aspect of MS.
