GeNeuro is a company that has been mentioned a couple of times at TIMS. They have been working on a monoclonal antibody against MSRV/HERV-W, the MS-associated endogenous retrovirus. According to the pdf document below, they are now gearing up for a clinical trial starting early next year. Of course nobody knows how this will work out, but I'm watching with great interest.
