To the more knowledgeable on this site, are there any fab products/treatments coming out that may be worth keeping an eye out for?

One that might be of interest is idebenone, which is an over the counter supplement similar to co-q-10. Since it's quite safe and readily available, this might be worth taking on your own. The tongue electro stim therapy that Montel Williams is evaluating with the University of Wisconsin also looks interesting.

Also of interest maybe the anti lingo drugs for restoration in the future.

I think I am having some luck with Gilenya at least slowing down my progression now. Should be able to tell better in 3-6 months.
