A T cell vaccine (like Tovaxin) being trialled in Israel. Lokks like reults might be out in a few months.

It is indeed. #42 in Phase II on "the list". Good to know it should be done soon.

Please, please, please, will one of these companies get one of this promising treatments on the shelves ASAP. This is like Chinese water torture - we see the drip, drip, drip of promising treatments but they never seem to get past the trial stage. Sorry - I'm very impatient.

It's funny that you would say that Ian. As I have said before, patience is not one of my virtues. I was just telling my boyfriend yesterday that I wish I could have held out being diagnosed until 2009-2010 because that is when all of the "promising" treatments are coming out. It stinks to read about them and know we have to wait 3-4 years before they are available to us. He thinks I need to learn to meditate or something. Probably good advice.8)
