One of the companies I monitor closely is Acorda Therapeutics who are focussed on restoring neurological function. Here are the results from the Fampridine trial which is to improve walking.

The results are not that great - only 35% of people experienced an increase in walking speed and the average increase in walking speed was 25%. As usual, there was a death on the trial - although a few weeks after the trial period ended.
