Lewis,
Opexa has successfully made a vaccine formulation from your cell line. Your first dose should happen the week after thanksgiving. We have to split up the first visit. Let me know if the following schedule works for you:
27 NOV 2006 - MRI 9:30 at DMI, with your labs, and doctor visit occuring immediately after at St. E's.
28 NOV 2006 - 1st dose 10:00 at St. E's

Well this is an email from the research coordinator that is overseeing the Phase IIb in my area. So it looks like I will have something to report soon; even if it is "I think I'm on the damn placebo!".

Stay tuned.....

Hi Loobie,

Good luck in the trial! I might be in it too, I go in for the first tests on November 24th.

If you do get the placebo, I hope you have a really good "placebo effect".

that is so great for you. I wish you the best. I will be waiting...the hospital I go to informed me they are on a stop right now...unsure what it all means...except that I go to neuro on monday...regular appt...and will ask what to do. In the meantime my prayers and thoughts will be for everyone who made it into the trial and will be getting their first doses soon. Good luck and keep in touch.

Thanks to all of you for your warm thoughts and prayers. I can't wait to get started. Also, I noticed two people from MI on this thread and I promise not to hold it against any of you if the Buckeyes don't win on 11/18.

Sorry, I couldn't resist that one. I'm a proud OSU dropout originally from Columbus, but my older sister graduated from U of M. Go figure! Here on this board, it's all in good fun; the way it ought to be!

But seriously, I am really anxious. Not only to get started, but how I will be able to tel?l. With the CRABs not really "treating" symptoms, you never felt anything but the side effects. I guess I'm about to find out (I hope).

Take care,
Lew

Even though I now live in Naples I am a die-hard Buckeyes fan and of course they will WIN on the 18th! I am an OSU grad and lived in Columbus for 18 years and you can never doubt that the Buckeyes will win!!

Good luck with your other endeavors! I'll be rooting for you!

Lori

Yes Lyon you know who I am. The hospital says everything will be back to normal by end of week. Don't worry your wife is in as they said one is in, so we both know who that is...lol.

To all the sports nuts everybody have fun rooting I don't have a clue right now because after the Tigers lost I have not been paying attention...lol.

Loobie, we will talk to you soon. I emailed you.
