Dignan,

My late Christmas present to you. This report was published in mid-December but has only recently been made available on the web. it provides a good description of the latest thinking about MS and an overview of some of the drugs in trial.

A good read, Ian.
I just wanted to comment on the depression part. I don't think MS depression is actually "emotional". I think it is physical. Another symptom of the damage being done. I had a small bout of it a couple months ago- nothing to cause it (emotionally) and it left of its own accord. I was convinced it was physical.

Thanks, interesting stuff. They refer to the CUPID study of cannabinoids as a phase 3 study. It is a 3 year year double-blind, placebo controlled study, aiming to enroll almost 500 people. That does sound pretty phase 3-ish. I can't find any mention of the phase on their trial website though (the best trial info site I've ever seen).

Bob,
I deleted my post, but I'm glad you saw it.

Too many possibilities, too few answers, wouldn't you say?
