or you could get the main ingredient (4-AP) from your compounding pharmacist now.

I am using it now, and although its not a magic pill, it certainly makes me feel much less MS'y

From my understanding. fampradine is simply slow release 4-AP; 1 a day maybe?. I just get smaller doses made up, and take them more often (with a "slow release" filler capsule)

Although, I have actually cut back as I have recovered.

...but I was trying to get some data for US approval of fampridine-SR. I know that there are some MS patients that get 4AP compounded - but the whole self-medicating/not slow release issues are what stops me...
