Its sad when someone you know & were super close w/for 10.yrs
Becomes someone you knew
He's changed a lot past 3 yrs, turned into a jerk, then I got ms, and support? Forget about it
in fact he's become really cruel, personal attacks
I'm tired of crying myself to sleep because I miss my once best.friend

Adversity brings the best or worse out of people. Friends and family will treat you differently for various reasons primarily fear. Now things have changed the commitment to that change becomes a fear factor that some cannot handle and their only recourse is to lash out. I would stay with those that help you and try to distance yourself from those that don't.
