I posted this here because diet doesn't seem to get a fair shake or much attention, whether it be here or with the whole MS community.

Hi, treez!

You know, I did go take a look at the Swank diet (it seems like I took a look at it before, but didn't really register the whole thing in my mind), and I was actually quite surprised. I am following almost exactly the same diet through my own trial and errors over the years on what makes me feel better or worse depending on what I eat! (And remember, though, we aren't sure if I have MS or some other neurological disease, but the symptoms sure are similar).

Anyway, in my own life, I basically follow that same diet!

I'm not familiar with the other one you mention.
