Is anyone on methotrexate, especially for progressive MS? I recently read about a study using intrathecal methotrexate for PPMS and have a call in to my MS nurse. I thought perhaps I could take it orally while advocating for intrathecal therapy. I have no brain lesions, but do have spinal lesions, so the intrathecal method of delivery makes sense.

I take Methotrexate every other day. I am SPMS EDSS 8+

I am in ~stable~ condition; and I can not tell if MTX has helped or not. But I have no other choice right now.

I know it doesn't help much but well...
