Hi,

In 2002 i was diagnosed with RRMS as i had a relapse affecting my legs/balance, but believe i had progression before this,

since that one relapse in 2002 i just gradually progress - legs get weaker and balance gets wprse over time.

My symptoms are:
-mobility - legs strength/balance/stiffness (only when first standing)
- weight loss
- bladdere

so as i clearly dont have RRMS, i was wondering the difference bewtween PPMS and SPMS ?

thanks, it looks like im SPMS as i had the one relapse then just progressed,
