high platelets (platelets made by good bacteria making vitamin K)
bacterial and fungal infections
high bacterial flora
low uric acid...
observed amonia smell before attacks so perhaps nitrogen build up as a result? does this nitrogen build up cause a bacterial environment?

I had such a hard time with the doctors in vegas that I walked away from my house, my job, my life in vegas and moved back to the bay area just to be somewhere where drs are a little less into the god complex. I hope you are in a better situation than I was but if not scripps in san diego is a good facility and only 4 hours away
