MIS, Iron and Herpes

Post by jam »

Thanks for the info, The herpes thing interests me, yes I do occasionally get them. As for the iron, I don't take any supplements and do not eat meat, but lots of vege. I have been a vego since approx. 4 years. I am now 47 years. I do occasionally eat some bacon but not often. I do have progressive and have just convinced my doc to trial me on methyl pred. I am also going to do the MIS 416 starting again tomorrow - so will keep you posted. My balance and tiredness seems worse so I have nothing to lose but who knows I may gain something.

PS I have done the stemcell thing in Germany to no avail!
