Is there anything anyone can recommend for helping to regain balance and be more confident when walking?
I am PPMS and can't walk without support now.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank You

I am also working on it, I have since using a walker and then a cane and still a cane.. going to yoga helped with the balance some and now I have a personal trainer that is trying to strengthen the leg that was affected, it just takes time, I am also unsure when I walk, I practice in my house and small distances, while holding whatever is near me for support. Just keep active, I know its hard and frustrating but in the long run it will come.

Have you tried walking with two canes? One in each hand. It may help you increase your speed. It also will help your balance
