I am wondering if Amantadine or Baclofen would be beneficial to me. I have progressive ms and am constantly tired but cannot sleep at night for the life of me. My balance is bad and excercise is a chore but I am trying. Any suggestions would be helpful.

PS I have tried to natural therapies including diet.

have any of the natural therapies included optimizing your magnesium status? magnesium glycinate at least 400mg per day, with some taken at bedtime?
