How long have people seen improvements in things after IV steroid treatments? Part of my tongue is not yet back to normal and it's been 2&1/2 weeks... is my tongue just screwed?

Hey Bender,

I had an episode with the whole left side of my face being numb back at the end of September, I had oral steroids and though it took almost a month and a week to recover it did eventually completely go away.
