Hello
I have often noticed that I am best in lying position with less spasicity in my limbs and right arm, somewhat in trouble while sitting and worst when I stand up. Is this noticed by any other pwMS. Probably some blood circulation issue?

I hope to see a lot of replies on this too. I have to lay completely flat on the floor several times a day to stop severe muscle spasms & relieve pain. Standing is impossible for me in one spot- walking is better. Sitting is misery. I do have severe spine issues , so I don't know if my issues are spine or MS
