Does anybody have any links to hard rather than anecdotal evidence that MS causes insomnia?
So far on the interweb on medical sites at least I can only find insomnia listed as a secondary symptom of MS...
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi bil,
Don't know if this will be of any help........are you on any medication? Early on when I was taking Baclofen I started having extreme insomnia. The head nurse at the MS clinic said the insomnia wasn't a result of the Baclofen BUT when I eventually saw my neuro, she said absolutely. Baclofen did nothing for me so went off of it and sleeping wasn't a problem soon after.
Too much sugar or colas also affect my sleep.
Take care.
