Post subject: Need to find a Neurologist fast!

My wife has MS and in the past two weeks has developed delusions that someone is trying to kill her, myself and our son. She is afraid to be alone in the house. Since my work requires me to travel I can not work. If we do not get help soon bad things will happen.

In Philadelphia, the earliest possible appointment I can get is in June. Obviously, that's not soon enough. How does one get to see a Neurologist who specializes in MS? She does not like our current neurologist and refuses to see a psychologist or psychiatrist.
