I wish I had found this site - better still been pointed to it by our MS Nurse - before I started autoinjecting Betaferon/Betaseron three months ago!

Much of the content is UK specific but there's some worth while general stuff too - like video clips of people self-injecting, a decision chart to help you choose a med (or like me, post choice, confirm it was right :) ), and a lay, but not simplistic, exposition of how EDSS is calculated.
