There are lots of DVD's out there for gentle yoga and seated exercise. By registering on this site, they send you a free dvd, and you can work at your own pace. http://msactivewellness.com/

I am a believer in Yoga and I try to exercise regularly. I tried to register but I couldn't because I live outside the USA (couldn't give a State) and in any event we don't use Zip Codes. Does anyone know of a way around this. I would be very interested in getting the DVD. I wonder if it is available for down load?
