Patients and doctors split over early treatment of aggressive MS

Early treatment to slow or even halt the progression of multiple sclerosis raises new hope for patients but poses challenges in clinical decision-making, according to Professor Bill Carroll, scientific chariman of MS Research Australia.

If treatment prevented anything and wasn't just a temporary relief, I would definitely start ASAP. But...
