 Post subject: What was you trigger?

Hi!


I hope you dont mind me asking. But what do you consider was your trigger.

Stress or some kind of neck trauma i.e. whiplash.

I have asked the same question a couple of years ago on an alternative site, and the answers were either one or the other, stress being the most common.

I believe in asking questions, then we all learn.

For me it was definitely stress that pushed me over the edge. I'd felt that something wasn't right with me for a while, but I didn't have any severe symptoms at the time. My mom had a stroke and while I wasn't living at home at the time, it still caused me lots of stress...

neither stress nor neck trauma. My first memory of symptoms are from a cold / flu.
