Hi!

My mind used to be on ms constantly, every minute of every day a struggle.

Even going to bed was a traums, the times I had to stop myself falling out of it.

What I am trying to say, and I know its easy for me to say this. but you need to give your mind a break, even if its just for 5 mins, So praps get an audio book, or just think or do something that gives you some kind of enjoyment.

I watched a snail once for ages, just ambling along, not a care in the world, I gently touched its antennas and watched them recoil only to slowly emerge again.

Call me weird, I watched an ant too, busy busy guy going backwards and forwards doing his daily duties.

Meditation is also good, its hard to think of nothing, you clear your mind and drift back time and time again, but with perseverance you will do it. When your mind is clear, you just see dots or colours lines or patterns that are in your mind.

I know its hard but just try it, stop thinking of all that is ms, the copious amounts of stuff you read and try and digest, we cram our heads with inconclusive and sometimes very irrelevant stuff, we feel we have to know it all, but we dont, we fill our heads to cacity so as we cant retain normal everyday info as there is no longer any room.

So just take 5 mins out, you will notice a difference I'm sure.

Fiona
