Interesting study out by NYU School of Medicine and sevral others showing how certain microbes in the gut can influence inflammation and recruit T- cells to go on the attack certain parts of the body. I'm really thinking about taking probiotics as part of my regimine.

More to it for those interested.

Thanks for stopping by Fee and so yesterday i ordered from Amazon a 54 oz jar of coconut oil as i'm going to start a low carb diet along with coconut oil for candida cleanse and also for ketones and it's research from Dr Mary Westport's into ketones partially reversing alzheimer's and epilepsy.

Secondly i did a bit more research on Science Daily (archives) and while a 2010 article non the less very interesting lab research by biologists at Caltech showing that when mice have sterile guts (low probiotics) they become inflammed in the gut and also in the central nervous system at the same time and hence they came down with MS and when they presented them with a probiotic the inflammation and disease then disappeared. Not saying this will cure MS or other neuro diseases however what have i got to lose and so i ordered a probiotic as well and should have them both on monday to start my new change of diet along with these two food supplements and even if i was just 20% better of this god awful disease CIDP i'd be stoked.

For those interested the research study of gut bacteria and MS.

Hi!

Dont forget to cut out sugar and yeast as it feeds off both of these. Also Ann Boroch was on Montel Williams she did an anti Candida diet I think you will find the clip of her interview on u tube. you will find it interesting she also has an ms diagnosis.

Yes i watched it the last time you had mentioned it as she was inspiring. Yes i'm only having salmon, broccoli, olive oil and coconut oil as that's it for all my meals for numerous weeks (lol. im dreading it). As for probiotics i ordered ''Ultimate Flora 50 Billion Critical Care'' as well as a bottle of ''L-Reuteri'' as it's been shown to regrow the intestinal villi.

Fee, i tried to post a response to some of your blogs on your site however your site wouldn't allow me to post on it
