Seem to have trouble navigating the new software. Can't Seem to get to the home page when I log in. Guess the learning curve is a little steep for me.

I had TIMS set up in my "Favorites" to take me directly past the home page, eternally logged on, and into the Forums anyway, so I never noticed anything different. On the first day it sent me straight to the Forum Index where I always went - same thing only cooler.

Except...when I finally went exploring on the new version and noticed that "Forums" is all I can find, no matter where I look. That's perfectly fine with me, but I'd be interested to know if I'm missing something.

The old site was using software that was from 2007 and had long since been abandoned by the developer. The forums part of the site was upgraded when the registration part of the old site broke and could not be repaired. The final death blow to the old site came this past weekend when a part of the old site which was no longer accessible was hacked and was producing warning messages from Google and various security software programs.

Hi!

Its like getting used to a new mobile phone, I think I will never get the hang of this, I want want my old phone back, but a few days later, I'm texting like a pro and its as if nothings changed.

So yeah it may take a few goes and a bit of time, but if I can suss it anyone can.

To be honest I have barely noticed the difference, it works very much like the old one.
Which is as it should be.

A big thumbs up.
