Hello,

I am currently a member of a student group at Duke University that is interested in addressing the needs of people with Multiple Sclerosis. Our group is creating a mobile application (e.g. iPhone app) called Connect that would allow individuals with Multiple Sclerosis to communicate with each other in real time using a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet.

Our thought is that people often have questions about their disease that they want answers immediately or need support right away while they are away from their computers, and thus, do not have access to chat rooms, blogs, forums etc. Our platform would allow these individuals to connect with others from virtually anywhere and receive immediate real-time feedback.

We are very eager to receive some feedback on our idea and would greatly appreciate you taking the time to fill out our survey below. The survey is very short and completely anonymous.
