Should I bring copies of my mri's, reports, and bloodwork or should I let her do her own work up?

Bring it all. Give her any information you have so she can piece it all together. Do you have a CD of the MRI? If, so bring that with you also.

For a first visit I would bring everything you've got. It could help her evaluate/eillminate alternative DXs faster...

Yes, have the CD for both MRI's with the written reports. I'm going to get my bloodwork and emg next week for her too. She's an MS specialist from Rush Medical in Chicago so she's supposed to be really good. Hopefully, I'll get some answers. Thanks guys!
