So glad you're starting to feel better. Regarding sleep, I used to be an insomniac with narcolepsy, a walking zombie. Tried everything natural under the sun, but nothing ever helped. Primary doc finally pleaded strong enough to get me to try a prescription sleep aid, Ambian, which I've been taking for a year, and I fall asleep fast, sleep through pain, and wake up after 7 - 8 hours of blissful sleep without feeling groggy in the morning; if all else fails, you might want to talk to your doc about Ambian.
