This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

Hi my name is Stephanie and I'm new to the forum. I was wondering if any of you keep tention in your muscles. I stay so tense that my muscles are always sore and around my temples and forehead feel as if my head will cave in from the pressure. Sometimes it's not so bad and then others it become pretty painful. I try to relax them but can only do that for about 10 seconds at a time. It even wakes me up at night. I feel like it's because I'm not getting enough blood flow. I do sometime loose eyesight from blood pressure drops. I take medication to raise my blood pressure. I'm not sure if it's connected. It's about to drive me crazy so if any of you experience this could you please give me some suggestions on how to ease the problem. Thanks for any suggestions.

Sinus trouble? I get this and it may or may not be connected with the MS.
