In April 2005 my first neuro told me I had myelitis, I had to change neuros in May 2005 because of an insurance change. In late October or early November neuro #2 told me I had Transverse Myelitis, I couldn`t have MS because of a negative LP.

He couldn`t answer my questions regarding the continued progression and refused to order more testing. I requested a second opinion and was refered to a MS specialist. His opinion is in all probability PPMS, and he is concerned about the rapid progression.

Just my opinion, if you are getting answers that don`t make a lot of sense? see a MS specialist.
