I have some balance issues and a lot of mobility (walking) issues (right leg is the worst). It has come to my attention that when I move my neck in different positions the ability to move my legs (right one is affected most) becomes either really bad or gets quite a bit better. This happens the exact same every time. I don't have any issues other than the legs and I have not officially been diagnosed with "MS" but my first semi-indication came about 20 years ago. I have not tried and CRAB drugs and do not really have sensitivity to heat or sun.

I am wondering if anyone else notices that they can control how bad or good their legs function according to the position of their head/neck?

Thank you.

I experience the same thing. Most likely the tension on your cervical spine. I don't know much but I can tell you don't try to figure it out. It won't help :)
