I have MS & Crohn's disease. I think now that I'm having mobility issues (SPMS) my MS is upsetting my bowel which is already compromised. For the past year I've been taking zinc with excellent results for Crohn's. Unfortunately it has not been working it's magic and I am struggling in the worst way.

I started taking LDN today as worked for me in the past. Also, I've got some N-acetyl glucosamine on order as I've read good things about it for Crohns+MS. Does anyone have any ideas for me as to what I might also try?

heya PN, sorry to hear you're not doing as well. if you like, you could post your current regimen, plus any modifications you may have recently made besides the LDN... maybe we can tease something out.

I can't imagine having both of those at once. I read about Chrohns and it is a terrible disease in itself.

my sympathys are with you, wish I could help.

I agree about the LDN - it has undergone tests in US for Chrons with wonderful results and has certainly helped me with MS. Been taking 4.5mg for 5+ years and my SPMS has not progressed and has remained stable since starting LDN.

Good luck and best wishes,
Diz
