I found it helped me walk faster but not any better. (I'm a left foot-drop MSer.)

Another MS friend told me when she came off it she was worse than before starting it but eventually got back to here pre-Ampyra gait.

What's your experience?

Ampyra definitely improves my walking speed. I take one pill every 12 hrs it works about eight to nine hrs with slight tingling in the head when it kicks in and wears off
