This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

Any help suggestions on what to do for vertigo?
I have no primary care provider but when I did have one and asked what to do for vertigo many years ago I was told to sit on my bed and lie back hard onto the mattress several times to dislodge crytals in my ears. Not sure if it worked but it made me feel violently ill and eventually the vertigo went away over time. Not sure if I'm prepared to try that again with the memory of how awful It felt.
My only option for a doctor is to go to a walk in clinic
