This Is MS Multiple Sclerosis Community: Knowledge & Support

Hi! We're a group of graduate students working on a project that seeks ways to improve the experience of MS patients when ordering/refilling prescriptions. The academic institution is Carnegie Mellon University. Half of the team is composed of students from the Masters in Information Systems Management program, and the other half is composed of MBA students. We have no intent to publish, the goal of the project is to design an online portal. The survey focuses on potential features of the portal, we are trying to gauge what the interest levels might be for the several features we are considering, and understanding how many of these are already being used.
