I finally scheduled my follow up MRI after wsiting 4 years. I'm so nervous and my anciety is out if control thinking about it. They did find a few lesions but I have no symptoms of ms. Even the spinal tap came back fine. I keep thinking the worst that they will find a brain tumor or an aneurysm. So scared

lesions don't indicate ms on their own, and a normal spinal tap suggests you don't have chronic inflammation in your central nervous system. if you're interested, you might find a boost to your magnesium status calming there's a decent powdered magnesuim product out there called 'natural calm', comes in lots of different flavours.
