So how does one keep body blood heated (for good circulation) without inflaming ones nerves?
And how does one cool one's nerves without freezing circulation?
Which is why alternating hot/cool baths are good (or smooth, sweetened, milky arabica coffee followed by total immersion in warm bath. Or else arginine/lysine balancing and/or combining sweet, sour, bitter & salty in meals, for balance.
