If you find it too stressful, you might want to consider another job, but there's nothing disqualifying about having MS. It's your specific symptoms that determine whether you are able...

If you like the job, then keep doing it until you don't (or can't)!

My wife (passed away in 2007) had MS for over 35 years. The last 20 years of her nursing career had her managing Critical Care units in hospitals. Can't think of many jobs that offer more stress but she loved what she did and continued until her MS symptoms prevented her from performing her job. What's important in your work is doing what you love to do, stress or not.

One aspect that you have to keep a watch on is the physical requirement in your line of work. At some point your MS symptoms may prevent you from safely working in that environment. Perhaps if you reach that point, you can turn to a training position that wouldn't require the physical strength needed for on the job performance.
