George Bokos Tribute

Post by Moom9335 »

The Myelin Repair Foundation has created a video honoring George Bokos, Thegreekfromdetroit.com.
It was done for their September research conference in California.
It is being shown on You Tube.
He suffered and struggled so much from MS.
Sad but glad his story and its impact is told.
It is titled Toughness, Vigor and Valor: the George Bokos Story

wow. thanks for sharing, Moom. Agree with Jimmy, seeing you and all his family and his handsome pictures makes it even more real and tragic :(
We pm'd a few times. He was in so much pain at the end, from terrible spasms. And he tried it all. Venoplasty, diet, meds, baclofen pump, supplements, but nothing gave him relief.
He was a good man, so undeserving of all he went thru...I'm incredibly sorry for your family's loss.
We'll all keep fighting, in his beloved memory.
promise,
cheer

Two years since George, thegreekfromdetroit.com died. PPMS and still no answers, true management, cure or clue as to what disease this might be and where it comes from.
Instead, our country leaders fight over meaningless personal agendas that help no one except their rich friends. So sad and so many losses.....
