The article mentions that 80% of R/R MS patients go on to develop SPMS....and this happens despite all the immune system altering drugs that have been developed in the past 25 years. So now they are going to try another monoclonol antibody drug in an attempt to stop the disease in SPMS patients!! Why am I not confident this will lead to any kind of major benefit?!
