This is just my current thoughts, which I wanted to write somewhere.
At this moment we have 8 different treatments for MS and all of them work in some patients and not in others, but at this moment it is impossible to know in advance if a treatment will work in a given case. Sometimes, given the nature of RRMS, it is impossible to know if they are working at all.
I think that we have reached a point in which research for new medications is not so important as research for choosing the proper medication, i.e. Biomarkers.
What do you all think?
Opinion: The need for biomarkers
Re: Opinion: The need for biomarkers
I seem to remember reading about a test that could be used to help determine the efficacy of Inf-B. Has there been more news about this?
