I hope this isn't considered plaguerism but I don't like the way long file names goof up the textbox so I saved the file to my webspace and shortened the filename.

There are at least two solutions around the long URL problem. The first is to use ThisIsMS's BBCode formatting when composing the post with the long URL. Here's an example:
Code:
[url=http://this.is.a.really.long.url.html] link text [/url]

A second option is to use http://tinyurl.com to create a shortened URL which can be easily posted without disturbing the flow of the text.

Note that you can find a discussion about more BBCode formatting options at this page.

Hi Lyon
that's fascinating!
I have seen other research that said that gout is also mutually exclusive - gout caused by excess uric acid. Have seen another set of messages that link to the uric acid effect. Many of our current meds for MS can raise uric acid slightly.....
Wonder if this kind of research will ever break through the proprietary barrier?
