I just heard today, September 21, 2006, that the German drug company Merck is buying Serono. I wonder what this might do to Serono's plans for cladribine.

This drug is being discussed on the Drug Pipeline forum

I am underwhelmed with it unless there is a LOT more to know than what has been stated so far.
