I find the books out dated at best. what was written yesterday when they knew nothing about MS and it's causes doesn't help a bit now that they know nothing much about MS or it's causes. I read them all they are mostly clones IMO and of little help. An Opinion What ever is being done now you will find reference to on this site. It's more up to date than the MS clinic in Toronto on what's out there. One of those guys is also the author of several books on MS. Dr. Paul O'Connor.

John was diagnosed Jan 2005. On lipitor 20mg .On Copaxone since July 4,2005. Vitamin D3 2000iu-4000iu (depending on sunshine months)June 10 2005(RX::Dr. O'Connor) Omega 3 as well Turmeric since April 2005. Q10 60mg. 1500mg liquid Glucosamine Nov 2005.
