An interesting, but oddly unnerving, look at the brain--but it may prove useful to researchers,

Dom,

Very cool. I wish there was a site where they posted pictures of actual MS damage in (post-mortem) brains. I've often wondered what that looked like.

Hi Brock,

Me too, just out of interest, but it might be a bit scary to see a brain like Swiss cheese--I think mine's more Emmentaal than a good Cheddar :( !

GWA, how about real pictures?

You can also get MRI scans of MS brains here:

http://www.mypacs.net

Just type in "multiple sclerosis" in the upper right hand search field, it will return MRI scans, and some even have doctors notations.

viper,

You get real pictures if you click in the right places. It has been a while since I went to the site, but I remember thinking it was interesting.

Guess this just shows that I have no life. My other big WOW in life here is watching the wind blow.
